The Manufacturing Process

A computerised tube bending machine manufactures a handrail with your desired radius and angles.

Tube laser cutting machines allow for precision LED hole location, LED fixture slotting and any shapes required in the handrails.

The handrail tubing is then cut, welded and cleaned in preparation for painting or powder coating.
